  Please note that this service is not available for Discovery Sets or if you've requested a customized cap engraving of your 50ML fragrance.

• TEST THE SCENT

  When you buy a 50ML fragrance online, we also ship you the corresponding sample. Before opening the full-size fragrance, test the sample for a day or two. If you love the scent, open your product and keep the sample as a travel size!

• 15 DAY FREE RETURN

  If you're not a fan, you have 15 days to return the full-size fragrance for free. The product must arrive unopened, in its original packaging (including the cellophane wrapping) and in a resalable condition. Products for which a customized engraving had been requested are not eligible. Click here to process your return using your order number.

  The original shipping box can be used for returns by simply taking off the strip on the bottom to seal it.

  For Switzerland and United Kingdom please write us at contact@artmeetsart.com so we can generate and send you the return label and the customs declaration.

• REIMBURSEMENT

  Upon reception, our warehouse will inspect the product as per the above criteria before we proceed with reimbursement.
