Returns
During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may return your product and request a refund or opt for a store voucher. Products must be unopened (protection film still on the outer packaging of the bottle) and in a resalable condition.
We accept returns free of charge in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

We recommend you keep the original shipping box and protection to properly pack the fragrance, should you wish to return it. If not, use a box and protection of your choice to make sure the fragrance arrives in a resalable condition to ensure reimbursement.
Discovery Playlists (Made to Measure Playlist & Discovery Playlist - Full Set) can't be returned.

Upon reception, our warehouse will inspect the product as per the above criteria before we proceed with your refund.
